ST-504 Support Center
This page is a practical starting point for the ST-504 Air Compression Therapy Device. It covers the product scope, basic setup, controls, care, and the point where self-use should stop.
The ST-504 is intended for healthy adults over 21. It is designed for temporary relief of minor muscle aches and pains and a temporary increase in circulation to treated areas of the legs and feet. It is not a diagnosis or a substitute for medical advice.
Before using the device
Read the current instruction for use. Check the controller, sleeve, tubing, charging cable, and treatment area. Do not use damaged equipment.
Use the device while awake and seated unless the current instructions say otherwise. Keep the controller within reach. Start with a comfortable setting and keep enough time for a skin check after the session.
Ask a qualified clinician about suitability before use if you have a diagnosis, recent surgery, an injury, pregnancy, reduced sensation, a pacemaker or other implanted electronic device, unusual swelling, or a circulation problem. Do not use a general product page to create a personal treatment plan.
Product controls and settings
The sleeve uses five inflatable chambers. The device provides three working modes: Sequence, Circulation, and Whole. It provides three pressure levels: L1, L2, and L3. The instruction for use defines the operating sequence and the limits for each control.
The heating levels are H1, H2, and H3. The product materials state that heating is limited to the specified temperature range. Heating is a device feature. It is not evidence of treatment for inflammation, injury, or disease.
The vibration levels are P1, P2, and P3. Air compression, heating, and vibration are separate functions. Do not describe them as a combined medical treatment unless a newer approved instruction source changes that information.
For focused explanations, read the working modes guide, pressure guide, heating guide, and vibration guide.
Basic session sequence
- Charge the controller with the supplied Type-C cable. The device cannot operate while charging.
- Inspect the sleeve and place it around the intended leg or foot area as described in the instructions.
- Make sure the fit is secure but comfortable. The sleeve should not create sharp pressure points.
- Turn on the controller and select the instructed mode and level.
- Stay awake and seated. Keep the stop control within reach.
- End the session if pain, numbness, unusual coldness, marked discoloration, skin change, or another abnormal symptom appears.
- Remove the sleeve and inspect the skin. Record any repeated issue before the next session.
The standard treatment time and permitted settings come from the current instruction for use. Do not extend a session or increase pressure to force a result.
Cleaning and storage
Follow the care instructions for the sleeve and controller. Keep the controller dry. Do not submerge electrical parts. Let cleaned components dry before storage. Store the device where the sleeve, cable, and controller will not be crushed, overheated, or contaminated.
Review the battery and charging guide and the cleaning and maintenance guide for focused instructions.
Troubleshooting
If the controller does not start, check the charge level, cable, power button, and visible connections. If a cycle stops early, check the sleeve fit and tubing without forcing a connection. If the controller, cable, sleeve, or display is damaged, stop using the device.
Do not treat an error code as a medical diagnosis. Use the troubleshooting guide and contact support when the problem continues.
When to stop and seek help
Stop the session for pain, numbness, weakness, new or worsening swelling, unusual skin color, a burn, a wound, breathing difficulty, chest pain, or any symptom that feels urgent. A consumer device cannot identify the cause of a symptom.
The safety and contraindications guide explains the product boundary in more detail. The FDA medical-device resource provides general regulatory context; it does not determine personal suitability.
Contact support
For equipment, warranty, or product questions, use the Losunva contact page. Include the model, a short description of the issue, and the steps already tried. Do not send medical records or unnecessary health information through a general support request.
